Service Description
It will be a video call or a voice call where you can send a picture and we will discuss your needs. The deposit will be applied to the permanent makeup service you choose.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Because we are by appointment only, we require prompt notification of a needed change to your appointment. We come into the salon for appointments and are not there the entire work day. Failing to cancel your appointment with enough notice will cause us to make a wasted trip to the salon for nothing. Your deposit will be held and applied to your service price once you have completed the appointment. Repeated cancellations will result in deposit forfeiture and a refusal to provide future services.
